I have personally been in full-time ministry for more than 15 years with 12 years being lived on financial support.
I first began working in a church for 5 years as the Missions Coordinator mobilizing church members into missions, leading short-term teams and helping our church find strategic global mission opportunities. I then joined a missionary sending organization and worked overseas with a church planting team in Europe for 2 years.
After 2 years in Europe I transitioned to the mobilization team with my sending organization for 8 years. While in that role I helped mobilize missionaries to countries all over the world and coached them all through all preparation and training requirements before departure to their ministries. That's when I realized how much I enjoy walking with those that God is calling to ministry as they raise the needed financial budgets to support the vision God has given them.
Currently, I continue to spend my time as a Fundraising Coach for newly appointed ministry workers for 2 mission organizations. I also work alongside my wife in a local ministry among refugee people groups, and lead a team reaching out to International Students. Previously in Phoenix, Arizona for 6 years and now Fayetteville, Arkansas. I do all that while maintaining my financial support team that makes it all possible. If it weren't for my financial support team, I wouldn't be able to do any of this that God has given me a passion for.
